A simple-to-prepare plant-based bread mix that allows for easy and reliable homemade fresh baking. The product is suitable for use with both yeast and yeast-free methods and is designed for anyone following a gluten-free or special diet.

Use / Preparation

The mixture is suitable for preparing white bread in the oven or in a bread maker.

Ingredients for bread preparation:

  • 500 g us Miklos’ Bread Mix
  • 460 ml of lukewarm water
  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 12 g of salt

Preparation in a bread maker:
Pour lukewarm water into the container, add the other ingredients and select the gluten-free bread programme.

Preparation in the oven:
Thoroughly mix all ingredients with a hand mixer or knead into a smooth dough. Place the dough into a greased loaf tin, smooth the surface, cover and let it rise for approximately 45 minutes in a warm place. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 45 minutes.

Serving suggestion:
Toasted bread with avocado and a fried egg is the perfect choice for a tasty breakfast.

Gluten-free wheat starch, dextrose, stabilisers (guar gum, xanthan gum), raising agent (sodium carbonates), flour treatment agent (L-ascorbic acid).
