A woman’s body requires special care during her monthly cycle. The combination of chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) and ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) It combines two plants traditionally used to support women’s comfort and balance during the menstrual cycle.

The product utilises technology NaturMill®, which is used to produce ultra-fine herbal powder. The fine grinding process helps to preserve a wide range of naturally occurring plant compounds.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule twice a day with plenty of liquid.

The contents of the capsule can also be used to make a drink. Empty the contents of the capsule into a glass, pour in 2 dl of water at a temperature of approximately 50–60 °C, stir and drink immediately. The powder can also be mixed into cold water or another drink, such as a smoothie, shake, yoghurt, honey or oil.
