Greek hay (Trigonella foenum-graecum) contains finely ground NaturMill® herbal powder, which contains no additives or extraction solvents. Thanks to its ultra-fine processing, it offers improved solubility, higher bioavailability and preserves the full spectrum of naturally occurring active ingredients.

Recommended dosage

• To support normal blood sugar levels, digestion, optimal stomach acidity and normal cholesterol levels: 1–2 capsules three times a day before meals.
• To support lactation and menstrual comfort: 1–2 capsules twice a day.

Method of use

• Swallow the capsules with plenty of liquid.
• You can pour approximately 2 dl of water at a temperature of 50–60 °C and make yourself a cup of tea.
• The powder can also be mixed into cold water, yoghurt, a smoothie or any other drink.

Composition

• 600 mg of superfine ground fenugreek seed powder (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
• gelatine capsule.
