Puhdistamo Electrolyte Powder is sugar-free, vegan drink mix with electrolytes, designed to make a refreshing drink, particularly in situations where there is increased sweating, such as during sport, in the sauna or on hot summer days. It contains a combination of sodium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C and OptiMSM® organic sulphur.

The source of sodium is unrefined Guérande sea salt, which is traditionally sun-dried. As well as sodium, it naturally contains various minerals and trace elements. The formulation is supplemented with magnesium, potassium and vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate. The formula also includes OptiMSM®, a source of organic sulphur.

Electrolytes are minerals that are important for the proper functioning of the body. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function and the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue.

A single serving of the product contains just 0.1 g of carbohydrates. The powder is suitable for preparing a drink during physical activity or when sweating heavily, and can be a practical part of your fluid intake regime.
