Natur Tanya® DIUR EXTRA – plant-based complex to support the urinary tract and elimination

Natur Tanya® DIUR EXTRA is a food supplement in tablet form, which contains 7 types of herbal extracts (Hawkweed, Pilosella, Hieracium, Goldenrod, Couch grass rhizome, Field horsetail and Dandelion root) and mineral substances (potassium, chloride, magnesium bisglycinate, and microencapsulated magnesium oxide). This complex is intended to support urinary excretion, removal of excess substances from the body, proper kidney function and urinary tract health.

The product is Stimulant-free botanical complex, suitable for vegans, lactose and gluten-free, does not contain artificial preservatives, colourings or flavourings and has been tested in an independent accredited laboratory.

Natur Tanya® DIUR EXTRA contains 7 well-known herbs with diuretic, detoxifying and kidney-protecting effects Birch, mouse-ear hawkweed, Java tea, goldenrod, couch grass, horsetail and dandelion. Furthermore, the formula is enriched with minerals that help maintain Electrolyte balance during diuretic therapy.

Effects and action of the ingredients
They help to drain excess water from the body, support the body in so-called water weight gain caused by hormonal imbalance, aid in the fight against cellulite, and promote kidney cleansing and urinary tract health. They can also be used to support conditions such as kidney stones, gallstones, or kidney sand. Water and electrolyte balance is regulated by complex hormonal and nervous mechanisms, with the kidneys playing a key role. Water accounts for approximately 60 % of body weight for men and 50–55 % for women.

Recommended lifestyle changes
It is important to ensure adequate fluid intake. According to EFSA recommendations, men should consume approximately 2.5 litres of water women approximately 2 litres (including drinks and water from food). Composition
Filler (sorbitol), potassium chloride, Pilosella pilosella extract (4:1), microencapsulated magnesium oxide, goldenrod extract (4:1), Java tea leaf extract (6:1), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), couch grass rhizome extract (4:1), horsetail extract (20:1), buffered magnesium bisglycinate, birch leaf extract (20:1), dandelion root extract (20:1).

Dosage
The recommended daily dose is 2 tablets daily, ..., best taken in the morning with food, washed down with plenty of water. The tablets can be divided in half.

Birch extract 15 mg, pilosella extract 500 mg (of which vitexin 5 mg), Java tea extract 200 mg (of which sinensetin 0.4 mg), goldenrod extract 200 mg, couch grass extract 100 mg, horsetail extract 100 mg (of which silicon 7 mg), dandelion extract 4 mg, potassium 300 mg (15 % NRV), chloride 272 mg (34 % NRV), magnesium 112.5 mg (30 % NRV).
