A food supplement containing 500 mg of common chickweed (Stellaria media) per capsule, made from high-quality, tested herbs. It contains super-fine NaturMill® herbal powder and contains no additives or extraction agents.

Common starfish: It helps to maintain joint mobility and flexibility. It is particularly recommended for people over the age of 40.

High herb content: One capsule contains 500 mg of common starfish, which is equivalent to approximately 2.5 g of the herb used to make tea.

NaturMill® superfine herbal powder: The gentle processing of the herb makes it suitable for use in capsules. The contents of the capsules can also be used to make tea or stirred into a liquid.

No unnecessary additives: Apart from the herb itself and the gelatine capsule, the capsules contain no other additives or extraction agents.

Joints: The common starflower is traditionally used to support joint mobility and flexibility.

Recommended dosage: Enjoy 2–3 capsules twice a day.

Taking in capsule form: Swallow the capsules with plenty of liquid.

Tea preparation: Empty the contents of the capsules into a glass and add 2 dl of water at a temperature of approximately 50–60 °C. Stir and drink immediately.

Use in liquids: The contents of the capsules can also be mixed into cold water or another drink or food, such as a smoothie, a shake or yoghurt.

Composition: 500 mg of common chickweed – herb (Stellariae herba) NaturMill® superfine herbal powder in one capsule; capsule shell: gelatine.

Warning: Usage Not recommended during the first two trimesters of pregnancy or for children under 12 years of age. Due to a lack of safety data, extra caution is advised during pregnancy.

Length of use: There is no known substance contained in the common starfish which, when taken at the recommended dose, would require a limit on the duration of use.
