Composition: 1 capsule contains 485 mg SonicFine® ultra-fine instant herbal powder: valerian root (185 mg), lemon balm leaf (100 mg), hops strobiles (100 mg), chamomile flower (100 mg), lavender oil (15 mg). Capsule shell: gelatine.
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule 2 times per day with a sufficient amount of liquid.
How to use: The capsules can be taken directly with plenty of water. The contents of the capsule can be emptied into a glass, mixed with approximately 200 ml of water at a temperature of 50–60°C and drunk as a herbal beverage. The powder can also be mixed with honey, yogurt, kefir, or another drink.
