Instant buckwheat porridge (unsweetened) I Naturally gluten-free and additive-free product, which represents a nutritious and quick choice for everyday eating. Thanks to its simple composition, it retains all the natural values of buckwheat.
Composition: extruded buckwheat.
Buckwheat, although not a classic cereal (it belongs to the knotweed family), is very similar to them in its properties and uses. This porridge does not contain no added ingredients, so all naturally occurring Nutrients, vitamins and minerals remain preserved.
Nutritional values per 100g: Energy 1426 kJ / 337 kcal, fats 2.9 g, of which saturates 0.6 g, carbohydrates 61.7 g, of which sugars 1.1 g, proteins 12.7 g, salt 0.06g.
Porridge is rich in Dietary fibre and plant-based protein, making it suitable not only as a side dish, but also as Nutritious breakfast.
Preparation: pour with water or a plant-based drink at a temperature of approximately 80°C, let stand 2–3 minutes and flavour to your own taste, for example with jam, raisins or fruit.
Application: suitable for sweet and savoury porridges, with vegetables or fruit, but also for Thickening soups and sauces.
Storage: keep in in a dry and cool place.
