Our MCT oil comes exclusively from sustainable economy (RSPO certified palm oil) is a rich source Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).
Contains the ideal combination Caprylic and capric acids, which are often used in catering, where fast-acting fats are preferred. It presents an alternative to coconut oil, offering a different composition from lauric acid.

Composition: 100 % MCT oil (from RSPO-certified palm oil).
Recommended use: Consume on its own, add to salads or ready meals. Not suitable for cooking and frying!
Recommended dose: 10 ml at a time. Higher quantities may cause diarrhoea.
Storage: In a dry place, protected from sunlight, at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.
