Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis), also known as Rostkov’s eyebright, is a traditionally used herb suitable for making herbal infusions. It is a single-species herbal product with no other added ingredients.
Dosage: May be taken three times a day.
Method of preparation: Prepare an infusion using 1–2 g of the herb (approximately 1.5–2 teaspoons) and 1.5 dl of water. Leave the infusion to steep, covered, and you can then drink it, flavoured to your own taste or plain.
Composition: 100 % eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis).
Storage: Store in a dry, clean, and cool place.
