Ancient magnesium oil is a natural product with a high magnesium chloride content, which is applied directly to the skin. It is quickly absorbed and offers a convenient way to replenish magnesium without putting strain on the digestive system. It is suitable for daily use, even during periods of increased physical exertion or when experiencing muscle discomfort.
Application: Before use, remove any traces of cream or body lotion from your skin. Spray 12–15 pumps onto your skin or into the palm of your hand and massage in gently, focusing on your limbs or strained muscles. For muscle cramps, apply directly to the affected area. If you find the salt residue on your skin uncomfortable, you can take a shower after about 20 minutes. The product can be used several times a day.
Recommended dosage: The recommended daily dose is approximately 6–8 mg of magnesium per kg of body weight. In 2.5 ml (about half a teaspoon) is found 259 mg of elemental magnesium.
Composition: A concentrated solution of magnesium chloride (magnesium oil).
Warning: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. More sensitive individuals may experience a temporary, mild stinging sensation, itching or redness of the skin, caused by the high concentration of magnesium chloride. If necessary, the product may be diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio. Store at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight.
