They are made from natural glucomannan fibre extracted from the konjac plant, which helps you feel full for longer. 🥄 Composition
Water, konjac flour (3.5 %), acidity regulator: calcium hydroxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of oats.
🍽️ Preparation
No cooking required.
- Pour the liquid out of the container.
- Rinse the noodles 2–3 times under cold running water.
- Heat for 2–3 minutes in a frying pan, for about 1 minute in the microwave, or briefly in a wok.
- Serve with your favourite sauce, meat or vegetables, or add to soups or salads.
Note: Once opened, you can smell the natural scent of cognac, which disappears completely once rinsed off.
