WTN Mum and Dad Multivitamins This is a complex nutritional supplement developed for women during pre-conception, pregnancy and post-natal periods, including breastfeeding. It contains active forms of vitamins, organically bound minerals, trace elements, choline, myo-inositol and DHA from microalgae. The daily dose is divided into several parts, promoting even nutrient intake throughout the day.

Composition: The capsules and liquid form contain choline bitartrate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium ascorbate, microalgae extract (DHA), organic seaweed, chromium yeast, selenomethionine, zinc bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 MK-7, natural tocopherols, tocotrienols, myo-inositol, horsetail extract, acerola, guava, beetroot, spinach, and other excipients necessary for product stability.

Recommended dosage: During breakfast, 2 capsules; after breakfast, 6 doses of liquid under the tongue; after lunch, 2 capsules; during or immediately after dinner, 4 capsules. Shake liquid well before use. Hold liquid under the tongue for approximately 30 seconds, then swallow.
