It belongs to the adaptogenic plants, which are traditionally used during periods of increased mental or physical strain. The complex also includes holy basil extract (Holy basilSiberian ginseng extract, which has a long history of use in Ayurvedic tradition, where it is used in connection with supporting inner comfort and the body's balance.Eleutherococcus senticosusis known for its traditional use during periods of fatigue and increased exertion, often associated with supporting the body's overall condition. The formula is supplemented with extracts of schisandra chinensis and cordyceps, which are among the traditionally used plant and natural ingredients in various cultures. Together, they create a comprehensive plant-based combination suitable for supplementing a balanced diet.

Composition: Rhodiola rosea extract, capsule ingredient (gelatine), Siberian ginseng root extract, Schisandra chinensis extract, cordyceps extract, holy basil extract, rice extract, L-leucine.

Active ingredients in 1 capsule: Rhodiola rosea extract 200 mg (standardised to contain 3 % rosavins and 1 % salidroside), Siberian ginseng extract 100 mg (1.5 % eleutherosides), Schisandra chinensis extract 100 mg (5 % schisandrin), Cordyceps extract 100 mg (8 % cordycepic acid), holy basil extract 100 mg (10 % ursolic acid).

Recommended dosage: Take one capsule daily, ideally in the morning or before noon, between meals, with plenty of fluid.

Further information: It is recommended to take it as a course – usually 2–3 months, followed by a 1-month break, unless otherwise determined by a specialist. Regular monitoring of the body's nutritional status is advisable.
