Usage – aromatherapy (diffuser, aroma lamp): to support mental activity, add to water in an aroma lamp or diffuser 5 drops of lime and rosemary oil and 1 drop of peppermint oil. This combination can also be beneficial during cold periods for supporting respiratory health. To refresh the air in the room, mix 5 drops of rosemary and lemon balm oil and 8 drops of juniper oil.
Aromatic bath mix thoroughly 2 drops of rosemary and ginger oil and 1 drop of juniper and peppermint oil 1 tablespoon of cream, honey, or bubble bath and add to the water.
Hair care: For oily hair add 1–1 drop of rosemary and tea tree oil in 1 litre of lukewarm water, mix well and use as a rinse after washing your hair.
Skincare when treating cellulite, mix 100 ml grape seed oil with 10 drops of grapefruit oil and 5 drops each of cypress and rosemary oil. Massage the mixture into the affected skin several times a day.
