BioCo Calcium Bisglycinate + Vitamin D3 is a food supplement in the form of film-coated tablets containing highly pure, 100 % fully reacted calcium bisglycinate. This organic form provides the body with 160–320 mg of calcium per daily dose and is supplemented with vitamin D3.

Calcium is essential for maintaining healthy bones and teeth; it contributes to normal muscle function and normal energy metabolism. It also contributes to the normal transmission of nerve impulses.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels, to healthy bones and to the proper functioning of muscles.

Composition: calcium bisglycinate (fully reacted form), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), glazing agents (fatty acids, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), cholecalciferol.

Active ingredients in 1 film-coated tablet: Calcium bisglycinate (fully reacted): 1000 mg, of which calcium: 160 mg (20 % RVH), Vitamin D3: 5 μg (100 % RVH / 200 IU).

Active ingredients in 2 film-coated tablets: Calcium bisglycinate (fully reacted): 2000 mg, of which calcium: 320 mg (40 % RVH), Vitamin D3: 10 μg (200 % RVH / 400 IU).

Recommended dosage: Adults should take 1–2 film-coated tablets a day after meals, spread out over the course of the day, and wash them down with plenty of liquid.
