Instructions for use: Mix the contents of the sachet (250g) well with milk, let it rest for 20 minutes and then prepare the ice cream in a machine.
Alternatively: Pour 2 dl of cold milk into a container, add 70 g of powder and whisk with a hand mixer, first on low and then on high speed, for approximately 3 minutes until a creamy consistency is achieved. Pour the mixture into glasses and place in the freezer until it reaches the desired hardness.
If finished ice cream is stored for longer in a home freezer, its consistency will lose creaminess and it will become hard.
