Recipe for preparation: Pour 2 dl of cold milk into a bowl, add 70g of Dia-Wellness powder and whisk with a hand mixer, first on low and then on high speed, until a creamy consistency is achieved. Pour the mixture into glasses and place in the freezer – or prepare in an ice cream maker. The result is a fresh, intense lemon flavour and a creamy texture. One bag is enough for approx. 24 scoops of ice cream.
