Recommended use – TITOK Multivitamins: The daily dose is in a small sachet containing 5 powder capsules and 1 oil capsule. Take with food, ideally at breakfast or lunch (not in the evening). All capsules can be taken at once, however, we recommend splitting two of the identical yellow capsules and taking them separately with two meals to avoid digestive discomfort.
Recommended use – TITOK Fish Collagen Peptides + MSM: The daily dose is 5.75g (2 heaped teaspoons), which is one-thirtieth of a monthly pack. Dosing isn't strict – it's fine if you take a little more or less on any given day. You can dissolve them in any liquid or add them to your morning smoothie. Occasionally, gently shake the sealed sachet before use to ensure the mix is perfectly blended.
