About the production: Ginger concentrate is made Ben Kettels from fresh, personally imported Peruvian ginger bio in the city Holzkirchen in Upper Bavaria. The ginger tubers are first separated by hand, then thoroughly cleaned and finely chopped to preserve all their natural potency and aroma.
