Panko breadcrumbs are a special type of breadcrumb originating from Japanese cuisine, characterised by their light, airy texture and exceptional crispiness. They are ideal for coating meat, fish, vegetables, or plant-based alternatives. After preparation, they create a golden and crispy coating that will give dishes an authentic Asian flair.
Thanks to its gluten-free composition, it is also suitable for people with gluten intolerance. It does not contain wheat or soy.
