Herbal ingredients in Comfrey gel

• Common comfrey (Symphytum officinale): Extracts in alcohol and glycine soothe and regenerate the skin, with anti-inflammatory and healing effects.

• Shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris): High saponin and flavonoid content, recommended for muscle pain and to alleviate eczema symptoms.

• Lavender oil known antibacterial and healing effect.

Aqua, Glycerin, Comfrey Extract, Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Comfrey Extract, Shepherd's Purse Extract, Propanediol, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin, Carrageenan, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Lavender Oil, Lemon Eucalyptus Oil

Application:

Apply a thin layer several times a day to the affected area.

• For joint pain (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee), apply twice daily and allow to absorb.

• For hip problems, apply the gel to the groin area, as it is absorbed better from there.

• After the plaster cast is removed due to a fracture, apply ointment to the affected area in the morning and evening for at least 2 weeks.

• Bone spurs on the feet or hands can be eased with an evening wrap – apply a gel, cover with a bandage, and leave on overnight. Repeat until the spur disappears.

Contraindications:

• The gel must not be used on open wounds.

• Do not use for prolonged periods – a maximum of 6 weeks without a break.

• Not suitable for pregnant women.
