A delicious tea with a diuretic effect is prepared from forest raspberry leaves. It provides relief for several ailments, such as intestinal cramps and stomach ulcers. It alleviates nausea and aids digestion. Thanks to its astringent properties, it is also suitable for diarrhoea.

It can be given to children for stomach aches. For sore throats, it is used for gargling, and for mouth ulcers and bleeding gums, it is used for rinsing the mouth.

Tones the myometrium (the smooth muscle of the uterus), strengthens labour contractions and facilitates birth. Relieves menstrual pain. A vaginal douche is recommended for discharge.

It has strengthening effects on the immune system and also acts as a fever-reducing agent. Externally, it is used for skin infections and eye diseases.

Composition: Raspberry leaf (Rubi idaei folium)

When to drink?
You can drink it at any time of day, preferably without flavouring.

How long to drink?
1–2 cups daily, for an unlimited time.

Who is it not recommended for?
Children aged 6 and over should only be given diluted brew (1 teaspoon of tea per 250ml of water).

Tea preparation: 1 level tablespoon (3g) of the tea mixture, pour over 2.5 dl of boiling water, steep for 15 minutes and strain. Do not use a metal sieve.

Best before: as stated on the packaging.
Storage: After opening, store out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place, well sealed.
