Interherb Collagen & Hyaluronic Acid Intense is a food supplement whose ingredients contribute to maintaining the health of cartilage and joints. A powder for preparing a drink containing collagen peptides type I and II, hyaluronic acid, chondroitin, MSM, glucosamine, and vitamin C with sweetener. Recommended daily dosage: Mix 1 scoop of powder thoroughly in 2.5-3.5 dl of cold water and drink preferably after meals. Recommendation for use: take for 2-3 months, then take a 2-week break.
