Collagen complex: The product contains collagen peptides derived from beef, chicken, pork, fish and eggshell membranes. In terms of structure, they correspond to collagen types I, II, III, V and X.

Type III collagen: The structural component of the skin and connective tissues.

Mixing tip: Pour the measured amount of powder into a glass and slowly add water whilst stirring continuously. This reduces the risk of lumps forming.

Colour of the drink: The product does not contain any artificial colourings. Its distinctive yellow colour comes from the naturally occurring turmeric.

Cold water: According to the manufacturer’s recommendations, the drink tastes best when prepared with cold water. The colder the water, the longer it may take to dissolve.

Flavour intensity: Use more water for a milder flavour, and less for a stronger one. The amount of water used does not affect the active ingredient content in the daily dose.

Measuring the dose: The ideal amount can be easily measured using the measuring spoon provided in the pack.

How to use a shaker: When using a shaker, the powder dissolves more quickly and evenly. A slight amount of foam is to be expected and will disappear after a few minutes.

Recommended use: Thoroughly dissolve the recommended daily dose – 1.5 scoops / 16.6 g of powder – in 2.5–3.5 dl of cold water. You may dilute the drink further to taste. It is recommended to consume this primarily after a meal. Continuous use is recommended for 2–3 months, followed by a 2-week break.
