Rosemary tea in tea bags It is an aromatic herbal tea traditionally used for its invigorating and refreshing properties. In folk medicine, rosemary is used to aid digestion and liver function, as well as to combat fatigue.
Externally, a decoction of rosemary leaves can also be used in the form of compresses or as a rub for the skin. It is traditionally used to help muscles recover, and for skin and scalp care.
Method of preparation: Pour 2–3 dl of hot water over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. The tea can be drunk 3–4 times a day.

Composition: A rosemary leaf (Rosmarini folium).
Storage: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, in a dry place, protected from light and moisture.
Best before: Until the date shown on the packaging.
