Paleolit sesame pasta in the shape of shells has been created for those who follow the principles of the paleo diet, as well as for people who avoid gluten and wish to limit their carbohydrate intake.
The pasta is made from a base of sesame flour combined with tapioca starch and eggs. Compared with ordinary pasta, it is lower in carbohydrates and high in protein. Fresh eggs are used in the production process and no water is added.
The pasta is gluten-free, soya-free and lactose-free. Thanks to its delicate and neutral flavour, it is ideal for meat and vegetable sauces, soups, casseroles and various ragouts.
