Pau D’Arco, also known as Lapacho, is an herbal tea made from the bark of the South American Tabebuia tree. This tea is traditionally used as part of a balanced lifestyle and a varied diet. Recommended use: Pour 1–2 teaspoons of bark with 2–3 dl of hot water (95–100 °C) and let steep for 10–15 minutes. Consume 1–2 times a day as needed.
