Composition: Purified water, chromium yeast, organic glycerine, moringa leaf extract, citric acid.
Contents of active ingredients per daily dose (3 pumps): chromium 100 µg (250 % NRV).
Recommended dosage: Take 3 pumps daily, apply directly under the tongue or mix into a glass of water. It is recommended to take approximately 30 minutes before a meal, or with or after a meal if you have sensitive digestion.
