Royal jelly is naturally rich in proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and bioactive substances, which contribute to the body's overall vitality. It contains approximately 60–70 % of water, 12–15 % of protein, 10–16 % carbohydratesa 3–6 % fatty acids, with the most significant being 10-HDA (min. 2 %) – a naturally occurring substance characteristic of royal jelly.

It is especially rich in B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9) and contains trace amounts of vitamins A, C, D and E. In addition, it provides a wide spectrum mineral substances, such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, and phosphorus.

Royal jelly is known as a dietary supplement that can support overall vitality, energy and resilience of the body, and is particularly popular during periods of increased physical or mental stress.

Recommended dosage: taken on an empty stomach in the morning, ideally 20–30 minutes before a meal, under the tongue until completely dissolved.

Adults: 1 – 3 g of this

For products mixed with honey (2–6 %), the following is recommended:
Children 1 – 2 teaspoons a day
Adults: 2 – 4 teaspoons per day

Packaging: hermetically sealed glass container in protective packaging, including 1g measuring spoon.

Storage: Keep in original packaging in the refrigerator at a temperature of 1–6 °C. In the case of a mixture with honey, storage at room temperature is possible for up to 12 months.
