Unflavoured organic buckwheat porridge It is a simple and natural choice for breakfast and cooking. Botanically speaking, buckwheat is not a cereal but a pseudo-cereal belonging to the Polygonaceae family. However, in many respects, its uses are similar to those of cereals.
No additives are added to the buckwheat during the production of the porridge, so it retains its natural ingredients. The product is gluten-free, organic and free from additives.
Preparation: Mix the porridge thoroughly into hot water or rice drink. It is ready to eat after 1–2 minutes. It is suitable for making plain, vegetable or fruit purées, as well as for thickening soups and sauces.
