This comprehensive dietary supplement has been developed specifically for women over the age of 50. It contains a carefully balanced combination of vitamins and minerals that supplement the daily diet and support the health of bones, muscles and the immune system.

Calcium, together with vitamins D3 and K, helps maintain healthy bones. Magnesium supports the proper functioning of the muscles and the nervous system, whilst vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and the proper functioning of the immune system. Zinc and manganese complete the complex of essential minerals for the body’s daily care.

Recommended dosage: Women over 50: take 2 film-coated tablets a day with or after a meal, with a glass of water. The tablets may be taken together. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Composition: Calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), L-ascorbic acid, zinc gluconate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), film coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, polydextrose, talc, triglycerides, yellow iron oxide, riboflavin), manganese sulphate, retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7, phylloquinone.
