Composition: 100 % chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla).
Preparation: Add 1 heaped tablespoon (approximately 3g) to 150ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 5–10 minutes, then strain.
Recommended dosage: 1 cup 1 – 3 times daily. The recommended daily dose is 3g of dried herb.
