Naturmill Olive tree contains 60 capsules with 500 mg of finely ground instant herbal powder SonicFine® from olive leaf (Olea europaeaOlive leaves have been used in traditional herbalism for centuries. They are particularly popular for supporting normal blood pressure, cardiovascular health, and overall vitality.
Clinical studies have shown a beneficial effect of olive leaf extract on maintaining normal blood pressure values. Research has also indicated a positive effect on triglyceride and LDL cholesterol levels. In traditional use, olive leaf is also used to support the body's defences, with seasonal illnesses, fatigue, and to support urinary tract function.

Recommended dosage: 2 capsules twice daily.
How to use: Swallow the capsules with plenty of fluid. The contents of the capsules can be emptied into a glass, mixed with approximately 200 ml of water at a temperature of 50 – 60 °C, and drunk as a herbal beverage. The powder can also be mixed with honey, yoghurt, kefir, or another drink.
