The herbal spelt cushion filled with chamomile and peppermint creates a feeling as if you were strolling through a meadow. It is an ideal companion for meditation, as its aroma helps to relax the mind and induce inner peace. The fresh scent of mint promotes concentration and calmness, while the delicate chamomile aroma instantly induces regeneration and harmony. The scent is pleasant, natural, and gentle. The cushion is made without additives or chemicals. It helps with insomnia, relieves tension in the neck, shoulder, and back muscles, and has a calming, antispasmodic, and regenerating effect.

The pillow naturally moulds to the shape of the neck and head, is well-ventilated, does not overheat and is rich in natural minerals. Spelt husks – the husks of spelt wheat – contain approximately 90 % silicic acid, which is released during drying and can be absorbed into the body via connective tissue, where it has anti-inflammatory effects, relieves pain and eases muscle spasms. A pillow filled with spelt husks is excellent for relieving neck and shoulder pain, alleviating tension-related migraines and helping with joint pain. The release of silicic acid lasts for approximately 2–3 years.

Spelt husks are light and airy while also providing stable support. They relax the neck muscles, thereby promoting better blood circulation to the brain. It is advisable to air the pillow regularly, including in the sun. For disinfection, it can be placed in an oven preheated to 50°C for 30 minutes or in a freezer for 8 hours (placed in a plastic bag). After use, it is ideal to leave it by an open window or in the sun to dissipate heat generated during sleep.
