Lyophilisation (freeze-drying) is an extremely gentle processing method that preserves the natural colour, taste, aroma, as well as the vitamin and mineral content of fresh fruit. No colourants, preservatives, or other additives are used during production.
Recommended use: Consume on its own as a healthy treat or add to fruit or black teas, yoghurts, and dairy products. It also goes perfectly with cakes, desserts, and breakfast porridges. The product is suitable for vegetarian, paleo, and other special diets. After mixing with honey, the raspberries regain their natural texture and are suitable as a dessert or for preparing tea. When preparing tea, it is recommended to use water with a maximum temperature of 60 °C, to best preserve valuable nutrients.
Composition: 100 % whole freeze-dried raspberries (Raspberry).
For manufacturing 20 g the product will be used approximately 150 g fresh raspberries.
Contains no added sugar. Salt contains sodium only in naturally occurring amounts.
