Application: You can use liquid smoke on grilled or roasted meat, minced meat, fish, soups, stews, ragouts and various sauces. It is also ideal for vegan and vegetarian dishes, to which it adds a distinctive smoky flavour without the use of meat.

For use in marinades: Mix 1 part liquid smoke with 2 parts water. Place the slices in the prepared mixture and leave to marinate for about 10–15 minutes on each side.

Warning: This product is concentrated, so use it sparingly. Using too much may give the dish a bitter taste.
