Eden Premium Millet Pasta are produced according to their own recipe in a specialised production facility. They get their pleasant yellow colour thanks to a small amount of turmeric, and they retain their structure even after cooking. Millet easily digestible cereal with high nutritional value, naturally gluten-free and rich in Essential amino acids. The content of psyllium husks increases fibre content, which can support proper digestion and help slow down carbohydrate absorption.
Composition: millet flour (88 %), drinking water, psyllium husk flour, turmeric.
Preparation: Place in boiling water and simmer 2–4 minutes, then strain and rinse with plenty of water. Serve to taste. Enjoy your meal!
