This premium organic spelt pasta is made from finely ground organic spelt flour and water. The inner part of the grain is used in production, giving the pasta its light colour and silky texture; once cooked, it retains its firmness and attractive appearance.

They have a delicate flavour and are ideal in soups, with sauces, as a side dish or as the basis for light pasta dishes. Thanks to their short cooking time, they are also ideal for quick meals.
