Gluten-free low-carb white bread mix is the ideal choice for all those looking for a tasty alternative to classic bread. The resulting bread has a soft, fluffy crumb and a crispy crust, whilst its natural taste is pleasantly surprising and can fully replace wheat bread. Compared to common gluten-free flours, it has approximately 40 % lower carbohydrate content.

The mix is enough to prepare approximately 400 g bread It is made from suitably combined paleo flours that complement each other in taste and consistency. Only readily available ingredients need to be added for preparation. The product is also suitable for beginners or for those who want to switch to A healthier way of eating.

Thanks to its high fibre content, it can support proper digestion and helps to slow down carbohydrate absorption, which is beneficial for people on diets, diabetics and people with insulin resistance. The mixture is suitable for preparing various dishes – from sandwiches, toasties, right through to side dishes for meals or salads. The finished bread can be stored in the fridge for 4–5 days or frozen.

Composition: Tapioca starch, sesame flour, yellow flaxseed flour, bamboo fibre, psyllium (plantago ovata husks), flaxseed, phosphate-free baking powder (acidity regulator: tartaric acid, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, tapioca starch), Himalayan salt.

The product does not contain added additives, colourings, preservatives or flavour enhancers. I gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free, dairy-free, coconut-free, konjac-free and yeast-free. Made as a Slovak/Hungarian craft product.

Allergens: contains sesame. Manufactured in a plant that also processes nuts.

Preparation: mix 3 eggs (medium)140 ml of cold water10 ml lemon juice a 1 litre melted fat. Add the mixture and mix (the batter will be fluffier with a hand mixer), let it rest 20 minutes. Bake in a loaf tin or shaped loaf in a preheated oven at 200 °C (20 minutes), then bake at 180°C (50 minutes). Cut only when completely cooled.

Storage: keep in in a dry and cool place.
