Composition
Coconut flour, sweetener (erythritol), bamboo fibre, thickener (konjac gum).
Recommended preparation
Ingredients
- 35 g of the mixture
- 200 ml of a plant-based drink (e.g. Joya coconut drink)
- approximately 15 g of crystalline sweetener to taste (e.g. erythritol)
Procedure:
Add the cold plant-based drink and sweetener to the mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until the porridge thickens.
Serve hot or cold with cocoa, carob, cinnamon or fresh fruit.
If you eat dairy products, you can also make it with cow’s milk.
