From the Szafi Free mix, you can easily prepare delicious gluten-free dumplings or homemade pasta. The dough is easy to work with, suitable for pressing through a dumpling maker as well as for rolling. Thanks to carefully selected plant-based ingredients, the product is suitable for people with gluten intolerance, vegans, and anyone looking for an alternative to classic flour mixes.

No animal-derived ingredients are used in the production of Szafi Free products, therefore the entire range is naturally suitable for a vegan diet.

Recommended use – dumplings:

Ingredients for 1 serving (approx. 210 g):

• 75 g Szafi Free blend for gnocchi and homemade pasta
• 2 g salt
90 g lukewarm water

Dissolve the salt in lukewarm water, add the mixture and quickly stir with a spoon. Leave the dough to rest for at least 10 minutes. In the meantime, bring salted water to a boil. When the water boils, reduce the heat and press the dough through a colander into the water. Bring back to a boil and cook for approximately 1-2 minutes. Subsequently, reduce the heat and finish cooking for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the dumplings and rinse with cold water.

Preparing homemade pasta: Use 140g of the mixture, 2g of salt and 80g of water.

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place.
